Chicken Pot Pie-let’s

Last night was Chicken Pot Pie-let’s in our household! My husband absolutely loves these! I’ve even finally gotten him to eat peas! It was a cold and gloomy day here in Washington and with the time change, it gets dark pretty early. Like 4pm. I had hot cocoa going and my heater on! This is like one of my favorite things to make when I just want some warm and comfy comfort food.

Here is my recipe on how to make your own

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked, diced, chicken

1 cup of mixed frozen veggies

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1-2 cans of pills bury home style biscuits

Salt and pepper to taste

12 cup muffin tin- lightly greased

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease your muffin tin

Put in one dough biscuit in each muffin slot to fill up the muffin tin. Since it’s just us two I only use one can which provides 8 Pot pie-let’s.

Combine chicken, veggies, soup, cheese, and spices together in a bowl, then spoon mixture into dough filled tin.

Once all spooned in, put into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and mixture is hot.

Let cool down a bit, then serve!
